Olga, what a pleasure to have you stop by!
Yes, you can create a Facebook Page for your company without having a Facebook Profile created first, but that type of setup will not allow you to use any applications on your page that make your page unique and noticeable. It will just be a basic page account. When you create a Page from your Facebook Profile, than that page functionality and therefore visibility options are amazing! Your fans on your Business Page will not be able to tell that YOU are the owner of the page, unless you specify that in your new Page options, or you announce to them yourself (if the privacy is your main concern). The admins of your page do not need your account login to manage your page. You assign them as Administrators and they are able to login into your Page with their own Facebook login.
Facebook is very strict when it comes to "fake" profiles, or using personal profiles as pages. Use your REAL profile to create your new page and delete the "fake" one. The rest is simple.

Please let me know if these answers helped you better understand how to create/manage your Facebook Page. ~ Cheers! :)

Dear Karmen

Thank you very much for this article!
I have a question though. As far as I understood, one can create a fully functional Facebook Page only having a Facebook Profile first. I want to create a Facebook Business Page for my company, but I don't want to do that from my own personal Profile. The reason: I will be not the only person who will administer the Business Page, and since not all of the co-admins have their own Facebook Profile, I will have to give them my personal Login and Password. And I obviously don't want to do this.
I have already created a second Facebook Profile, from which I can administer the company's Facebook Page. But now I'm afraid Facebook might delete both of my personal profiles. What can I do in this case?

I look forward to your answer!
